Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CRM campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Analyze customer data to segment audiences and identify behavior patterns.
  • Create personalized and automated marketing workflows (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Manage loyalty program (reward points, exclusive discounts, customer tiers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints (in-store, online, mobile).
  • Ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Provide insights and reports.
  • Helps manage service requests, complaints, and follow ups in a consistent and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in retail.
