Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CRM campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences and identify behavior patterns.
- Create personalized and automated marketing workflows (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Manage loyalty program (reward points, exclusive discounts, customer tiers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints (in-store, online, mobile).
- Ensure data privacy compliance.
- Provide insights and reports.
- Helps manage service requests, complaints, and follow ups in a consistent and timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant bachelor's degree.
- Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in retail.
