Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services, achieving daily call volume targets while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Skillfully handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly, effectively communicating product benefits and overcoming objections to close deals.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software to track progress and identify trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications in customer service or sales (e.g., CCNA, Sales Certification) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 1-5 years of proven experience in customer service or telesales, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in the Customer support and sales industry is preferred.
