Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services, achieving daily call volume targets while maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Skillfully handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly, effectively communicating product benefits and overcoming objections to close deals.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software to track progress and identify trends.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Holds relevant certifications in customer service or sales (e.g., CCNA, Sales Certification) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of proven experience in customer service or telesales, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Experience in the Customer support and sales industry is preferred.
