Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients with grace, professionalism, and genuine warmth
- Maintain refined communication with clients across calls, messages, and in-store interactions
- Assist clients in-store by presenting catalogues, fabric options, and introducing them to the brand’s collections while the sales team is engaged
- Schedule and confirm appointments with precision and follow-up etiquette
- Connect with clients post-delivery for feedback, reviews, and relationship building
- Coordinate delivery and pickup arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience
- Manage invoicing, POS billing, and create production workslips with accuracy
- Keep daily schedules and client tracking sheets updated on Excel and CRM software
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth and exceptional client journey
- Learn and adapt to the company's pos and bookkeeping software (Zoho)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished client etiquette
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with billing systems
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred
