Good experience in India and UAE region customer handling

5 years of account management experience required at a Service Based company.
Strong understanding in customer success techniques and strategies.
Comfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal toolsbr> Experience navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
Be able to ensure customer satisfactory delivery of services.
Effective stakeholder management is a must
Excellent communication skills is a must
Good to have experience in India,UAE region Customer Accounts handling.
Knowledge in PO/ invoicing/ billing /payment follow-up will be an added advantage.
Experience with Vendor management.
