Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Process new hire documentation and onboarding procedures, verifying eligibility and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage and update employee records, including personal information, job changes, and leave requests, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hold a any Bachelor's degree.

  • Fresher are welcome to apply

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE labor law and employment regulations.

  • Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
