Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain organized databases, trackers, and filing systems.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilise and manage data tools and platforms efficiently (e.g., Excel, Sharepoint, databases, HRIS, or equivalent systems).
  • Support the development and optimization of data workflows and processes.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Support programme tracking, enrolment management, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in developing tools and templates to improve team efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

  • Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Knowledge of basic programming or query languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or VBA).

  • Prior experience in a corporate, HR, or L&D environment is a plus but not essential.

  • Experience with process automation or workflow optimisation.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Sharepoint (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation).

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data insights clearly.
