- Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials
- Support the team during service with consistency and efficiency
- Take an active role in learning new techniques and refining your craft

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef De Partie)
- Strong desire to develop, improve, and progress within the kitchen brigade
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
