Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily departmental operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting to help maintain financial discipline within the department.

  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems and databases to streamline access to important documents and information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
