Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily departmental operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting to help maintain financial discipline within the department.
- Compile and analyze departmental reports and data, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems and databases to streamline access to important documents and information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role within a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, demonstrating technical competency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
