Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Developer & Channel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building direct relationships with UAE developers

  • Negotiating commission structures and volume incentives

  • Onboarding brokerage partners

  • Securing inventory allocations for launches

  • Driving monthly sales volume through channel partnerships

This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role.

� Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Developer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach developers across Dubai & UAE

  • Secure channel partner agreements

  • Negotiate commission slabs & override structures

  • Maintain ongoing relationship with sales & CP teams

  • Coordinate launch access and inventory allocations

2️⃣ Broker Network Development

  • Onboard active brokerage firms

  • Activate brokers for new launches

  • Maintain strong broker communication pipeline

  • Track performance & volume contribution

3️⃣ Revenue & Volume Growth

  • Drive monthly sales targets

  • Optimize commission structures

  • Identify high-margin opportunities

  • Support deal closures where required

4️⃣ Market Intelligence

  • Monitor launch pipeline

  • Track competitor brokerage incentives

  • Identify emerging developer opportunities

� Required Experience

  • 3–7 years in UAE real estate (off-plan preferred)

  • Experience in channel sales / CP relations / brokerage partnerships

  • Strong understanding of commission structures

  • Existing broker or developer network preferred

Knowledge of DLD / RERA processes
