Position Overview
The Digital Transformation Specialist Human Resources Systems will support RTA s Human Resources and Development Department by implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves designing and maintaining HR technology systems, ensuring secure and accurate data management, and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

What You ll Do

* Implement approved digital transformation and automation initiatives within the HR department.
* Contribute to annual digital transformation planning in alignment with strategic objectives.
* Address and resolve GRP system issues related to HR in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
* Conduct continuous reviews of HR management and development systems.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with RTA s information security policies.
* Develop automated systems to update and maintain organizational structures across RTA.
* Design dashboards for real-time HR data to support effective decision-making.
* Automate key HR processes including workforce planning, organizational design, and job descriptions.
* Train department employees on HR systems and digital tools.
* Ensure accurate, secure, and regularly updated employee databases are maintained.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Software Engineering from an accredited university.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or automation.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide colleagues.
* Analytical thinker with a proven ability to improve and streamline work processes.
* Proficiency in a wide range of HR and business software applications.
* Results-driven leader with excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Flexible team player able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
* Innovative problem-solver with the ability to develop practical solutions.
