Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To define, manage and ensure the general management of Human Resources in collaboration with the general management.
  • develop and implement recruitment, training, compensation, career management and human resources development plans.
  • Improving company productivity through human capital management.
  • Supervise the administrative monitoring of employees (leave, employment contracts, payroll, sick leave, training, etc.).
  • Communicating with social partners (trade unions, works council, staff representatives, etc.).
  • To guarantee a positive social climate and constructive dialogue with staff and employee representative bodies
  • Ensure the proper application of labor regulations and company agreements.
  • Assisting operations on the human and legislative aspects.
  • To ensure continuous skills development through training and improvement activities and by monitoring career plans.
  • To carry out the request of the General Management, all specific studies or work relating to the human resources function, to ensure periodic audits of the human resources function of the group.
  • to establish comprehensive dashboards as a form of periodic reporting to the General Management.
  • Create partnerships with training organizations.
  • Organize staff meetings.
  • Promote internal communication.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Management.
  • 15 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Mastering management software packages.
  • Possess a solid knowledge of occupational psychology.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor regulations.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Sense of communication and responsibility.
  • Managerial and decision-making capacity.
  • Availability and flexible hours.
