Roles & Responsibilities

Communication Internal Communication: - Manager - Workshop - Superintendent - Diving Systems - Materials Coordinator - Helpers Purpose: - Be instructed of duties to be carried out and to provide updates and progress reports on duties. Inform of any problems External Communication: - Third-party service providers - Suppliers Purpose: - Arrange collection/delivery of orders Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents, and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
