Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components related to facade lighting projects. This role requires a strong technical background, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electrical systems for facade lighting projects.
  • Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues and malfunctions promptly.
  • Install and configure lighting fixtures, controls, and related equipment.
  • Perform wiring and connections according to project specifications.
  • Test and commission lighting systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Plan and layout electrical wiring based on architectural and engineering plans.
  • Collaborate with drafters, engineers, and project managers as needed.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems for safety and performance.
  • Identify and report hazards or potential safety issues on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
  • Complete daily logs and reports to track project progress and status.
  • Provide documentation for inspections, audits, and client approvals.
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, technicians, and contractors on project sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to meet project deadlines and goals.
  • Support and assist colleagues as needed to ensure project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in the construction or facade lighting industry.

  • Proven experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid electrician license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
