ELV Presales Engineer WASEELA FOR TECHNOLOGY TRADING DMCC

As part of presales engineering team, this position will be responsible for designing, estimation, preparing technical Proposals, Presales & System Architectures Design for all ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access control, Gate Barriers Solutions, IPTV, Structure Cabling etc.

• Full ELV technical ownership of Tender response for assigned Accounts.
• Keeping up-to-date with the technologies related to the ELV Systems.
• Develop, maintain and disseminate knowledge of existing, new and proposed products and services available within the security market place.
• Support the Sales Team by technically qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on solution feasibility, quantifying risks and authoring technical bid content.
• Interpret drawings, BOQ, specifications, other documents of the ELV Systems provided by the client and accordingly propose the most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the RFP and tender requirements and site conditions.
• Interact with the customers and consultants to understand the requirements.
• Interact with suppliers/vendors for pricing and technical input.
• Preparation of complete detailed technical proposal includes system architecture & compliance as required.
• Participate in meetings with commercial team and serve as a technical expert, for any for technical clarifications/presentation.
• Do the needful for technical submittals for clients and consultant’s approval.
• Handover the approved technical design to the operations department, to ensure the complete technical history is ready with them to proceed with their implementation tasks.
• Maintain relationship with business partners, supplier and vendors.
• Identify certification gap to maintain our partnership level with principles.
