Roles & Responsibilities
The Enterprise Account Executive plays a critical role in our organization by driving revenue growth through managing and expanding relationships with high-value clients. Positioned at the forefront of our sales strategy, you will be responsible for understanding complex client needs and providing strategic solutions that foster client satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves working with large-scale enterprises, requiring a sophisticated understanding of both business and technical domains to effectively communicate and deliver our products and services. You will be expected to achieve and exceed revenue targets, whilst also serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and navigate negotiations with finesse will be key to successful performance in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive growth.
- Understand client business models to provide tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account support.
- Achieve and consistently exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to align on strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports using CRM software.
- Negotiate contract terms and handle complex pricing and service issues effectively.
- Conduct regular account reviews and act as a trusted advisor to assess client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention post-sales through regular follow-ups and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets in a high-performance sales environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex sales deals.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce to manage sales activities.
