Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with strategic real estate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop strategic sales plans that align with broader business objectives.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and account performance.
- Monitor market trends and manage competitive activities to position our offerings effectively.
- Prepare detailed account reports and sales forecasts on a regular basis.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and network.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales activities efficiently.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives.
- Ability to understand customer needs and the ability to customize solutions accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools required.
