Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the entire kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards. Design and develop innovative Asian menus (Japanese, Thai, Fusion, etc.) aligned with the restaurant’s concept. Manage, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain excellence. Supervise food safety, hygiene, and cost control. Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions and signature experiences. Source premium ingredients and establish strong supplier relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef in luxury Asian restaurants or 5-star hotels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in modern Asian gastronomy and presentation techniques. Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory control. Fluent in English (French is a plus). Ability to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco.
