Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a temporary basis, with an immediate start required. This role is ideal for candidates who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional administrative and operational support to ensure the CEO s office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare detailed agendas.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
- Maintain strong awareness of business priorities and anticipate support needs.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and confidential reports.
- Manage expense reports, petty cash, and administrative payments.
- Conduct ad hoc research and prepare executive briefings.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Support event coordination and high-profile engagements as required.
- Assist with corporate initiatives and special projects as directed by the CEO.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant ideally within the media or related industry.br>
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.br>
- Advanced organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).br>
- Discreet, proactive, and able to work independently.br>
- Flexible with availability for occasional evening or weekend work.br>
- Only candidates who are immediately available and able to commit to a temporary contract will be considered.
