Job Description

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be an integral partner in assisting with various strategic initiatives and facilitating the efficient operations of the executive office. This dynamic role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will not only include traditional administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, calendars, and travel arrangements, but also involve more significant efforts such as supporting strategic planning, handling communications, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and both internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare, review, and organize essential communications and documents for the CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, ensuring diligent note-taking and follow-up activities.
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports and financial documents for the CEO's office.
  • Support the CEO in project management tasks and agenda setting.
  • Enhance CEO's productivity by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Organize and oversee special projects and events as required by the CEO.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and assume ownership for a diverse range of tasks.
