Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-departmental projects, fostering collaboration and communication among teams to support the CEO's strategic vision.
Prepare detailed and informative briefing materials for meetings and presentations, highlighting key issues and follow-up items.
Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, travel, and events to maximize productivity.
Act as a gatekeeper, screening communications and prioritizing inquiries to ensure the CEO's time is spent on high-impact activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role is essential.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment or startup setting, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools, software and MS Office.
