Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Manage kitchen workflow to maintain efficiency and smooth service
Monitor food cost, purchasing, and inventory levels
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality ingredients
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Develop and update menus in collaboration with management
Control portion sizes and reduce kitchen waste
Ensure timely preparation and service during busy periods
Implement kitchen procedures, standards, and staff schedules
Monitor equipment use and maintain proper kitchen organization
Report kitchen performance and operational improvements to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Experience supervising complete kitchen operations and staff
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Experience working in high-volume restaurants
Ability to manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
