Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Overseeing office operations, including ordering supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring office equipment is maintained.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborating with other departments and team members to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and projects.
