Roles & Responsibilities
You are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in all Outlets. Taking over all responsibilities of the Senior Executive Chef during his / her absence, striving for the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department. To control and supervise the day to day running of the kitchen and deputise in the absence of the Senior Executive Chef.
