Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the development of our Finance department, our 5-star hotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Control Assistant to participate in monitoring and optimizing the performance of our various food service outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets and room service).
Your tasks
-
Monitor Food & Beverage sales daily (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, minibar).

Monitor and analyze F&B material costs and ratios .
-
Participate in monthly inventories and stock control.

Check supplier invoices and delivery notes .
-
Analyze consumption gaps and losses .
-
Update financial reports and dashboards .
-
Working in collaboration with the kitchen, catering, purchasing and finance teams .
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in hotel management, finance or catering .
-
Previous experience in F&B control, cost management or catering appreciated.

Good mastery of Excel .

Rigour, organisation and analytical skills.
-
Knowledge of PMS or POS software is an asset.
