Assist the outlet manager in supervising day-to-day functions of the outlet.

Support in analyzing and controlling production quality, guest satisfaction, merchandising, operating costs, sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.

Supervise, coordinate, and direct the prompt, efficient, and courteous serving of food and beverages.

Lead and participate in employee orientation, on-the-job training, performance appraisal, coaching, and counseling.

Monitor inventory and control stocks for daily use to meet service requirements.

Manage reservations and private parties as assigned by the outlet manager.

Participate actively in service as required and maintain outlet standards.

Ensure all staff are groomed and dressed according to company standards.

Establish and maintain strong employee relations within the team.
