Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the entire facade project lifecycle, from initial design consultation to final handover, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new facade projects, cultivating strong relationships with architects, developers, and contractors.
- Oversee project budgets, meticulously managing costs, and maximizing profitability while adhering to stringent financial controls.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of facade specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, proactively mitigating risks and upholding a culture of excellence.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex facade designs and construction methodologies, offering innovative solutions.
- Monitor project progress against timelines, proactively identifying and resolving any potential delays or challenges.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facade engineering, design, or project management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of facade materials, systems, and construction techniques, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability on large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively solve complex problems.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
