Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, attending regular meetings and providing updates.
- Lead and deliver OPIs and KPIs as per the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- Ensure all client objectives and timelines are met.
- Provide accurate data analysis and reporting when required.
- Act as the on-site first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and the client team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Associate s Degree or Bachelor s Degree in business, technical, or management preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- FM certification (SAFMA, IWFM, IFMA or similar) advantageous.
- Valid driver s licence (may be required).
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, and courteous service to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to present information clearly and manage sensitive issues professionally.
- Strong leadership skills to manage people and vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using a CAFM or ticketing system (Si7 or similar).
