Roles & Responsibilities

This is a high-impact, front-line growth position. Unlike standard wealth advisory positions, your focus is on client acquisition strategy, managing our CRM pipelines, driving corporate wellness programs inside multinational platforms, and coordinating financial education seminars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the firm s client acquisition strategy, establishing introductions with HNWI expatriates.
  • Coordinate with international corporate HR departments in the UAE to offer corporate financial wellbeing sessions.
  • Manage client development pipelines on CRM platforms, tracking lead touchpoints.

Requirements & Experience

  • Experience in business development or telesales, with interest in developing into a client-facing advisory role
  • Minimum 1 year in financial services telesales or customer-facing sales role
  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven, client-focused environment
  • Must be currently based in the UAE

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 12-24 months in structured sales, financial services recruitment, or business development environments.

Active desire to relocate to Dubai and earn top-tier offshore commission incentives.
