We are the leading fitness, wellness & sports consultancy company in the UAE looking for a fitness & wellness personal trainer wellness coach.

The responsibilities of the role include coaching persons about their wellness via the phone and when time permitting a one-on-one basis. Reporting and administration are an important part of the job. In addition, this person must be well spoken and have experience in the field of personal training.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Have knowledge of all IGNITE Group services
• Have knowledge of Technogym its services and my wellness app. Be bale to prescribe training programs and information via the app
• Take clients through their online health risk assessment and make the relevant recommendations with training programs and nutritional guidelines
• Perform reporting and administrative functions on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• In charge of the general inquires and the first point of contact dealings of all OIC LivFit program. Observing proper telephone etiquette when answering phones and assigning programs.
• You must be well versed with the LivFit policies and procedures, services and its different packages, programs and latest offers. This way, they would be able to address the members inquiry in the most confident and professional manner thus eliciting maximum customer satisfaction.
• Maintains digital/electronic records, all LivFit operations and activity, and client data, which includes, but not limited to, client registration, information, and account details.
• Support with offsite activations confidently taking a group through general stretches, an exercise program or addressing them confidently as a group

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

The applicant must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

• Basic clerical and administrative tasks
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• An understanding of the cultural and political environment of UAE
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, First Aid and CPR

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years of previous personal training experience

• Proven knowledge in the Industry

• Relevant Industry training

• A University diploma or a minimum gym instructor level 2 and 3 qualification required

• Fluency in Arabic is required
