Roles & Responsibilities

As the Flagship Boutique Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development by elevating the Maison's reputation and desirability, engaging both local and international clientele.

We expect you to develop and execute a strategic clienteling approach, focusing on client recruitment through exclusive services, events, and personalized experiences.

  • Lead by example, motivating and coaching the team to foster a strong sense of purpose and engagement.
  • Communicate the Maison's vision, unite the team around the strategy, and drive performance to exceed KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding and addressing individual needs and motivations.
  • coaching to consistently improve individual and team performance with a business focus.
  • Determine team training requirements and create customized development plans for each member.
  • Design the best team structure and proactively secure future talent by recruiting the right people.
  • Lead by example in building and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a premium experience.
  • Manage boutique performance and operations to reach quantitative and qualitative targets, implementing dynamic action plans to achieve sales goals.

You will also act as a Maison ambassador, representing the Maison s identity and values within the flagship boutique and the local retail community. We need you to design the optimal team organization, recruit top talent, and proactively develop a talent pipeline for the boutique. Finally, you will foster a business-oriented approach through regular coaching and training, consistently improving individual and team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • 10-12 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven experience in cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.

Beyond experience, you will need:

  • Strong natural leadership skills with a track record of leading teams and developing people.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury environment, including brands, trends, and client expectations.
  • Expertise in managing 360 operational aspects, driving for operational efficiency and overall boutique experience.
