Roles & Responsibilities

  • Train, mentor, and motivate waitstaff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork to enhance service quality.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Manage table assignments and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating arrangements for maximum revenue and guest flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant hospitality certification, showcasing a commitment to industry standards.
  • Demonstrates at least 3 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, proving relevant industry experience.
  • Exhibits fluency in English and any other languages, facilitating effective communication with a diverse clientele.
