We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Food & Beverage Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

This role functions as both a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence

Act as Business Manager for the department, driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning

Function as a Marketing Specialist, supporting promotions, partnerships, and outlet visibility

Ensure each outlet operates efficiently and is individually profitable

Drive sustainability initiatives, including responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and energy efficiency

Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and productivity management

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Develop, coach, and inspire F&B teams to deliver memorable guest experiences

Qualifications & Experience

University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation

Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills

Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive outlet profitability

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
