Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of food processing tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage and train production staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation protocols, guaranteeing adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot production line issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as HACCP, Food Safety, or GMP.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of food processing techniques, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
