Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1 Providing full assistance to all domestic and overseas agents/clients/S
ales team
2 Prepare the tariff and quotes for domestic and overseas agents/clients.
3 Ensure proper co-ordination with agents/clients.
4 Acquiring competitive freight (Import & export) from various shipping line/consolidators and airline & air freight agents.
5 Supervise shipment flow from the beginning to end including sending pre alerts to agents/clients.
6 Preparation of customs bill Import & Export)
7 Job opening & Closing, Costing & Invoicing.
8 Co- ordination with sub – contracted vendors.
9 Submit the vendors invoices to accounts dept on time for payment to ensure smooth operation and job execution.
10 Choosing vendors for transport and freight based competitive service & tariff.
11 Coordination with transporters and onsite crew to ensure job done as per the job SOP.
12 Support the digital media marketing required for boosting business and support the sales team onboard depends on the available time slots
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in UAE with same field.
