We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Emirati Front Office Receptionist for one of our Luxury five- star hotel (Client) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and reception area standards.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
  • Ensure a positive and professional first impression of the company.
