Overview

We are seeking to recruit a Graduate Sales & Growth Coordinator to join the AtkinsR alis Middle East Sales & Growth Team. The Graduate Sales & Growth Coordinator will work with the Sales & Growth Bid Managers and Sales & Growth Leadership team to undertake a broad range of enabling and coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full breadth of the AtkinsR alis sales and work activities.

Your role

• The Graduate Sales & Growth Coordinator is responsible for the following:
• Creating, maintaining and managing the win work knowledge library
• Supporting implementation of win work improvement plan activities.
• Supporting the development of a win work training plan.
• Supporting the production of win work reporting, key account management and major pursuit reports.
• Coordinating win work related meetings with key stakeholders
• General administrative duties to support the win work team as required

About you

The successful candidate shall have the following technical and behavioural competencies:

• Keen to gain experience in proposals management and sales and grown activities to support professional development.
• Excellent coordination and organisation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of InDesign or other software being an asset.
• Attention to detail.
• Confident verbal and written communicator ability to gather information and present it in a cohesive manner.
• Able to manage several tasks concurrently.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time.
• Experience in an administrative/ project coordinator role.
