Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and manage performance management processes across all Business Units and regions, including goal setting, evaluations, calibration, and feedback cycles.
Develop, review, and update job descriptions (JDs) to ensure role clarity, alignment with organizational structures, competency frameworks, and business requirements across all Business Units.
Support and maintain career path frameworks, ensuring employees understand growth opportunities, role requirements, and competency expectations.
Assist in the design, monitoring, and execution of succession planning initiatives for key and critical roles across all Business Units.
Develop, implement, and support individual development plans (IDPs) in collaboration with managers and employees to drive skill, competency, and leadership development.
Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs, job requirements, competency frameworks, and IDPs.
Ensure HR practices comply with corporate HR policies and procedures; provide guidance to managers and employees across all Business Units.
Maintain and update accurate organizational structures, job hierarchies, and reporting lines across all Business Units.
Track, analyze, and report HR development metrics and KPIs, including performance outcomes, training effectiveness, succession readiness, engagement indicators, and JD compliance.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to managers on performance management, career development, employee growth strategies, job roles, organizational structures, and HR policies.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure HR development programs align with regional and organizational goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within HRIS systems for performance management, career paths, succession plans, job descriptions, and organizational structures.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR development initiatives and recommend improvements for greater impact.
Performing additional related duties as assigned by the Group HR Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR development, learning & development, or talent management.
Experience implementing performance management, career pathing, succession planning, individual development plans, organizational structures, and HR policies.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/LMS systems for tracking performance, training, development, compliance, and organizational charts, with strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Strong experience in training coordination, coaching, and facilitating employee development programs. Experience in regional or multi-location HR operations is an advantage.
