Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, including scheduling and trainingPrepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipesEnsure consistency, quality, and presentation of drinks servedMonitor inventory levels and order bar supplies as neededMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar areaHandle customer complaints and requests professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulationsDevelop and introduce new drinks or cocktail menus to enhance customer experienceManage cash handling, billing, and basic accounting tasksCollaborate with restaurant management to ensure smooth food and beverage service
Qualification:
Minimum High School / Higher Secondary; Diploma or Certification in Hospitality/Bartending preferredProven experience as a bartender, preferably in a supervisory roleKnowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage recipes, and bar equipment
