Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
Design and update menus with a focus on quality and innovation
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
Control food costs, inventory, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Coordinate with purchasing for ingredient sourcing and stock management
Maintain kitchen efficiency during peak service times
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to manage costs and control inventory effectively
Creativity and passion for food and menu development
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
