Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen operations across multiple cuisines.
- Plan menus, develop recipes, and maintain high-quality food standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor food cost, inventory control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
