Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential development

opportunities, and competitor activity.

  • Analyze demographic, economic, and zoning data to support land acquisition and development

proposals.

  • Monitor real estate trends to inform pipeline strategies.

    1. Land & Property Acquisition

  • Source, assess, and negotiate for the acquisition of land and redevelopment opportunities.

  • Coordinate feasibility studies including financial modeling, risk assessment, and due diligence.

  • Develop relationships with landowners, brokers, and local government entities.

    1. Strategic Partnerships & Joint Ventures

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with investors, JV partners, consultants, and other

stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.

  • Assist in managing joint venture relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

    4.Investor & Stakeholder Relations

  • Prepare investment proposals and presentations for institutional and private investors.

  • Support investor onboarding, due diligence, and reporting.

  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, real estate funds, and private equity players.

    5. Financial & Commercial Analysis

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate deal viability.

  • Work with internal finance teams to assess development returns, including margin, ROI, IRR, and

other key financial indicators.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts related to new developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years in business development or investment roles within real estate development.

  • Strong understanding of real estate acquisition and development process.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High proficiency in financial modeling and real estate valuation.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
