Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to increase market share across the UAE.
- Client Acquisition: Actively identify and communicate with potential local clients (construction firms, hospitality groups, industrial facilities, real estate development entities, etc.) to offer solid waste solutions.
- Service Promotion: Expertly pitch our specific capabilities in Solid Waste Collection, specialized Waste Treatment technologies, and secure Transport to Landfill services.
- Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of commercial tenders and proposals for large-scale waste management contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt commercial strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee commercial negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable contract terms.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of commercial experience; with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Waste Management, Logistics, or Facilities Management sectors in the UAE.
- Network: An established network of contacts within the UAE is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of waste collection logistics & treatment methodologies.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or Engineering. MBA is highly desirable.
