The Head of Recruitment position will spearhead the talent acquisition efforts across high-growth, revenue-generating sectors including Manpower, Aviation and Environment Operations. Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Director of Planning and Deployment, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative hiring strategies, managing rapid onboarding processes and building a high-performance recruitment team that sets industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-volume frontline hiring
• Managing bulk and community-based recruitment drives to meet operational staffing needs
• Building and leading a high-performing recruitment team, setting targets and monitoring performance
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies across all hiring processes
• Tracking, analysing, and reporting on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency
