Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (80%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and set hiring timelines.

  • Manage high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiring as per business needs.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and networking.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s presence in the talent market.

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to leadership.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies.

B. HR Operations & Administration (20%)

  • Support HR operational activities including onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR system updates.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with payroll, PRO, and admin teams for employee data accuracy and compliance.

  • Support employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.

  • Assist with HR audits, reports, and compliance requirements.

  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

  • Exposure to HR operations and administrative processes is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment compliance (region-specific).

  • Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and MS Office.
