Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A global asset manager establishing its DIFC presence requires an interim Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead DFSA licensing, compliance framework build-out, and ongoing regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead DFSA authorisation application and regulatory correspondence.
Build compliance policies and procedures aligned with DFSA requirements.
Advise senior leadership on ongoing regulatory obligations.
Manage relationship with DFSA supervisory team.
Requirements
DFSA or FCA compliance experience at Head of Compliance or MLRO level.
Prior experience leading a financial services licence application in the DIFC.
Ability to engage at SVP/C-suite level on regulatory strategy.
