Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored hiring plans.
Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent within the property industry.
Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering professional development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
