Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly target‑driven HORECA Sales Executive – Water for a full‑time, on‑site role in the UAE. This role is purely focused on head‑starting sales from scratch, using the candidate’s own HORECA contacts, market knowledge, and sales pipeline.
There are no existing clients. The role requires immediate market penetration and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently build the HORECA customer base from zero

  • Use own HORECA database, contacts, and market network to generate immediate leads

  • Identify and onboard hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies for water supply

  • Promote and sell the company’s water products across the HORECA channel

  • Achieve and exceed strict monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and commercial terms with decision‑makers

  • Conduct daily market visits and cold calling within assigned territories

  • Track competitor activity and market pricing trends

  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

  • Proven HORECA sales experience in the UAE

  • Direct experience selling bottled water to HORECA clients

  • Ability to start sales immediately using own contacts and data

  • Strong history of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in food & beverage or water distribution for Horeca

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable with aggressive targets

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

  • Deep understanding of the UAE HORECA market
