Roles & Responsibilities

This position plays a critical role in the organization's success by identifying the best talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Recruitment Officer will work closely with the HR & Admin team and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws is an asset.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates for various roles across the company.
  • Manage the recruitment process from identifying the need to onboarding the candidate.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and business needs.
  • Use various channels to attract candidates, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
