Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure knowledge of Saudi Labor Law Regulations.

· Recruit Saudi nationals based on departmental requests.

· Recruit foreigners: local (sponsorship transfer) or external (new visa).

· Search for suitable CVs for the required position and forward them to the relevant department for review.

· Communicate with international agencies to obtain CVs that meet the job requirements.

· Review suitable CVs for the position and send them to the concerned department for assessment.

· Schedule interviews between the department and candidates.

· Enter the selected candidate's information into the company’s system and send it for review and approval.

· Prepare the job offer letter for the selected candidate (Saudi/Foreign).

· Authorize new visas (agency) via the Enjaz platform and register them in the company’s system.

· Send the new visa authorization (agency) to the Eastern Chamber electronic approval.

· Prepare agency-related correspondence if required (renewal/cancellation of visas).

· Follow up with the agency to complete procedures for foreign employees, including visa stamping, medical examination, ticket booking, etc., until arrival in the Kingdom.

· Prepare employment contracts for new employees (Saudi/Foreign).

· Attach all signed documents of the new employee to their personnel file in the company's system.

· Open a dedicated file for the new employee and archive it accordingly.

· Issue official ID cards for new employees.

· Send a welcome email to the new employee to all company staff.

· Print employment renewal contracts when needed.

· Follow up on the recruitment process progress with the HR staff.

· Act on behalf of department staff in their absence due to vacation (annual or emergency leave).

· Perform any other job-related tasks within their knowledge and capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifiications & Education Requirements

Bachelor degree in any field

5 Years' Experience in GCC
