Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced HR & Administration Senior Officer with a strong background in the construction industry in UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and administrative functions, specifically within construction or EPC environments. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, project-based workforce management, and coordination with site teams.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction roles (e.g., Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Skilled & Blue-collar workforce).
Coordinate with project managers for manpower planning based on project timelines.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate technical and client interviews (ADNOC project experience preferred).
2. HR and Admin Operations
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor law.
Manage visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and coordination with PRO/immigration authorities.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Manage and coordinate health insurance addition, renewals and deletion etc with concern vendors.
3. Project & Site Coordination
Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower mobilization and demobilization processes.
Coordinate with client and related authorities for site approval, passes, and CICPA requirement.
Handle employee accommodation/labor camps, transportation, and site logistics.
4. Payroll & Compensation Management
Validate attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave records for accurate salary processing.
Maintain payroll records, and support in preparation of salary certificates, pay slips, final settlements, and EOSB calculations.
Prepare monthly payroll in compliance with WPS.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience with 7+ years HR practicing in construction / EPC companies in UAE.
Strong experience in recruitment, payroll processing, Visa processing and admin operations.
Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
Familiarity with ADNOC project requirements is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in CICPA, and ADNOC site coordination work.
